On Thursday the 2nd of December you can catch an amazing fashion show at the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan). This is being hosted by Final year Fashion Promotion students as a charitable show to raise money for Papyrus (Prevention of Young Suicide).

The show is called ‘RESET’ and this is the first fashion show final year students have been able to host since the start of the pandemic. As a result of this, organisers have driven the theme focus towards the ‘new normal’ in light of the pandemic, and how this has made many re-evaluate what is meaningful. The show is set to celebrate and embrace the idea of blank canvas.

As well as the fashion show, the students are working alongside other local businesses, graduate artists and craftspeople to host a pop-up shop throughout the evening to encouraging attendees to shop local this Christmas. Access to the shop will be included as part of the ticket price, as well as a complimentary drink upon arrival!

A number of businesses and local Preston based businesses will be offering raffle prizes on the evening of event as well, including The Body Shop, Costa Coffee, and JD.
