All houses are provided with all bills included, gas central heating and combo boilers, instants hot water, double beds, washers and dryers, high end finish and fittings, WIFI, smart TVs, power showers, free parking, games consoles, in-house maintenance team, direct communication with landlord.

How Else Can LetPads Help?

What About Cleaning and Maintenance?

Should the need arise we have an out of hours maintenance number so direct contact available with tradesmen should tenants have emergency problems that need addressing. As a tenant you will be dealing direct with the landlord not an agent so you can always be sure of an immediate response. When viewing one of our properties we encourage you to ask questions to current tenants in regards to the property and the service that LetPads provides them. All our properties are professionally cleaned new tenancies start. We understand the needs of modern professionals and students and all our homes come with wireless broadband as standard so there are no worries about setting it up or cancellation charges.
