Well another year gone and letpads once again have rented out the majority of their portfolio for September 2016!!!!!! You were all warned but to be fair it seems a lot of you listened as we had lots of interest from uclan students recommended by others. That’s what really makes us proud at letpads as its the students that matter, when you guys are all recommending us we know we are doing our job right.
Also having won landlord of the year 2015 from the uclan students union their were lots of students at the accommodation fair that were keen to meet us, but more keen to get there hands on all the giveaways lol. Well why not?? That’s what we say, hey we were students too remember so grab your freebies while you can.
At letpads we strive to give you the very best in student accommodation in Preston. Whatever your group size is if you are looking for student houses in Preston then get in touch with us before it’s too late!!!! But even now we are having to tell students that we are now full and to try next year for September 2017. As crazy as that may seem just remember we are NOT letting agents. We own all the houses within our portfolio so it’s in our interest to ensure our houses are the very best you can find in Preston. But more important than that we feel it’s all about the service we provide. Whether you call, text or email you can be sure of a speedy response from letpads. You won’t have to be told ‘oh we will get back to you once we have spoken to the landlord’ aaarrgghhhh as ex students at uclan we know exactly how frustrating that is. That could take ages just to get back to you and say yes he/she will get round to it.
At letpads we are available there and then and look to put measures in place immediately to rectify any issues that may come up. Our highly experienced maintenance team will be on hand to tackle anything that comes up. After doing student accommodation for so many years there is not an issue that we have not tackled before. We think that’s the very reason we won landlord of the year with the uclan students union beating over 70 other competitors.
So as we say goodbye to 2015 remember all the great memories you had and try not to dwell on any of the regrets. As students there will have been plenty of drama and lots of drunken stories to tell for years to come. But that’s just part of the experience you will get from your time at uclan. Remember it’s not just about the course you are doing, the whole experience of living away from home with others is setting you up with the experience, skills and qualities you will need to make a truly successful life for yourselves and your families. We wish you all the very best for 2016 and if your were not lucky enough this time around to get yourselves a letpads home for September 2016 all we can say is get in touch early for September 2017 and you might just get the chance to experience the letpads hype for yourself.
